The evidence behind the positioning: scale of executed work, repeat-client trust, fabrication and vendor fluency, premium category range, and continuity from brief to install.

These are real, built things, not renders. You can walk through the case studies to see how each one was led and made.

Senior creative leadership at scale

Directed 100+ executed projects across retail environments, activations, pop-ups, installations, branded environments, and campaigns, with a 95% repeat-client rate as evidence of operational trust.

Continuity from brief to install

Carries the idea intact from first pitch through client alignment, production coordination, technical packages, QA/QC, logistics, and on-site install. The handoffs are where most experiential work fails; this is where I am most useful.

Production-aware creative direction

Directed $500K+ vendor and fabrication contracts and produced toolkits, tech packs, finish schedules, install guides, and build-ready documentation. Concepts are scoped against what can actually be built and operated.

Cross-functional translation

Aligns designers, producers, fabricators, account teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders around the same definition of done, so creative ambition and operational reality stop fighting each other.

Premium category fluency

Worked across luxury, fashion, beauty, eyewear, technology, CPG, lifestyle, hospitality, and regulated adult categories. Comfortable with the standards, sensitivities, and review cycles each one carries.

AI-native, judgment intact

I adopted AI early and use it across research, iteration, and visualization. It speeds up the obvious parts so the judgment calls get more attention, not less. The taste and the decisions are still mine.

What I am not

I am not a pure production manager, a designer detached from execution, or a founder hunting for studio work. The center of what I do is senior creative leadership on complex experiential programs: defining direction, aligning stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and keeping the idea intact all the way to install.
