If you are deciding between me and someone else, here is the honest version.

You need someone who can actually design.

I am hands-on. I still sketch, build, and push pixels myself. You are not hiring a director who can only point at other people's work.

You need strategy, not just execution.

I start with the brief behind the brief. Before anything gets designed, I make sure we are solving the right problem and that the team agrees on what success looks like.

You need someone who can present to executives.

I am comfortable in the room with executives, clients, vendors, and production teams. I can defend an idea without getting defensive, and adjust it without losing it.

You are worried it will not get built.

I design for what can actually be fabricated, shipped, and installed. I have run six-figure build contracts and stood on the install floor. The concept you approve is the concept that ships.

You need it fast.

I move quickly because I have done this for fifteen years and I work AI-native. Speed here is about fewer wasted cycles, not cut corners.

You want AI used well, not blindly.

I use AI to think more, not to produce more. It speeds up the obvious parts so the judgment calls get more attention, not less.

You need someone who can work independently.

Drop me into a loose brief and I will come back with a direction, not more questions. I can own a problem end to end.

You are adding to an existing team.

I am easy to work with. I ask a lot of questions, I share credit, and I make the people around me look good. The best idea wins, even when it is not mine.

Still deciding?

See how the work was actually led and built, then get in touch. I am open to full-time creative director roles, embedded leadership on complex programs, and pitch or concept partnership.
